Follow these steps to submit your research paper for review and publication.
Format manuscript according to standard academic layout. Ensure proper structure: Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion & References.
Email the document (.docx or .pdf) along with the chosen Track number and author contact details to icoest@uudoon.in.
All manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review by international experts on originality, technical soundness, and relevance.
Upon acceptance notification, at least one author must register for the conference and submit the final camera-ready copy for publication.
Manuscripts should represent original, unpublished research that is not currently under review elsewhere. Submissions must adhere to high academic standards and conform to standard formatting conventions:
All accepted and presented papers will be eligible for publication based on reviewer recommendations:
High-impact peer-reviewed conference proceedings indexed in Scopus and major international bibliographic databases.
Official edited volume published with registered ISBN, archived in university libraries and digital repositories.
Selected high-quality papers will be fast-tracked for publication in Special Issues of indexed journals (subject to peer reviewer comments).
At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration before the deadline (7th March, 2027) and present the work during the conference (in person or online) for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
